The Free plan is genuinely free forever. It includes unlimited static QR codes generated in the browser, all shape/color/gradient options, logo upload, and export to PNG, SVG, JPEG, or WebP. There is no watermark and no attribution requirement — you own the output and can use it commercially.
For the API: 60 requests per minute per key, roughly 15,000 requests per month against your account total. For dynamic codes: 1 active dynamic QR with 7 days of scan history. These limits are designed to let you evaluate the paid features without forcing an upgrade just to test them.
If you only need static QR codes and never need the API or dynamic features, the Free plan is all you will ever need. Most users stay on Free indefinitely and we are fine with that — the revenue model relies on the 5–10% of users with scale or analytics needs.
