When will paid plans be available?+
The API, dashboard, and free tier are live today. Paid plans are in final testing — join the waitlist and we'll let you know the moment they open.
What happens if I go over my limit?+
On the Free tier, additional requests return HTTP 429 until the next rolling window. On paid plans, you get an email alert when you cross 90% of your monthly quota and can upgrade in-app with zero downtime.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — cancel from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the current billing period. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.
Do you offer a free trial of paid plans?+
Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. No card required to start, and your workspace keeps all its data if you downgrade back to Free.
What output formats does the API support?+
SVG, PNG, JPEG, and WebP. Sizes from 64×64 to 2048×2048 pixels. Every styling option available in the visual editor (shapes, colors, gradients, logo overlay) is available via the API.
Are dynamic QR codes included in the Free plan?+
The Free plan includes 1 dynamic QR code. Starter includes 3, Pro is unlimited. Dynamic QR codes let you edit the destination without reprinting and track every scan.
Do you store the data encoded in my QR codes?+
Static QR codes are generated entirely client-side — the data never leaves your browser unless you choose to save it. Dynamic QR codes store the target URL on our servers so we can redirect scans.
Can I use QRForge for commercial projects?+
Yes, on any plan including Free. Generated QR codes have no watermark and no attribution requirement. You own the output.
What happens to my scan data if I downgrade?+
Nothing is deleted. You'll only see the history window allowed by your new plan — upgrade again and the older data reappears.
Do you offer volume pricing or custom contracts?+
Yes — Enterprise is priced per customer based on request volume, custom domains, and SLA requirements. Contact us if your needs don't fit the posted tiers.
